  • Customise the Ribbon and Quick Access Toolbar
  • Group E-mail items and conversations
  • Ignore conversations and the dangers of doing so
  • Work with the Backstage and Protected views
  • Reorganise messages in folders
  • Automate common or repetitive tasks with quick steps
  • View multiple calendars and also to share calendars
  • Set up delegate access for sharing purposes
