Importing Data
After I imported some data, occasional fields show the text starting part-way along the text box, or worse only part of the field.
Some programs that created the tab-delimited text files have placed extra spaces to pad out entries or non-printing characters either of which affect how the data appears in Contacts Organizer. The import option in Contacts Organizer caters for leading and trailing spaces in a record. If you still have a strange display in a field, select the text in that box and cut it (do not delete the whole record) then re-type that field entry.
Can I import data directly from Excel?
